I take back what I said about the penalty. It's a foul outside, not inside, and Son does definitely do worse that a normal feint, he pretty much stops completely.

Now that first disallowed goal, THAT was a complete and utter farce.

It was a weak penalty but he still had his hands on Son inside box..FA will drag out rules to protect officials.. the penalty there was encroachment before the stop motion by Son, so by rules it should be retaken..Lamela goal..I just don't know anymore..ridiculous decision

Seriously what has happened to Winks?? He has goine from fighting for one of the midfield starting places and an England starter to dog shit. Something has happened in the lads head. Do what ever is needed to get his head back in the right head space.

I think that the difference between starting in the first 11 and with the guys immediately around him tonight makes a huge difference for Winks. Simple balls into an always available Eriksen who turns and moves he ball away from him covers a few of his flaws.

Sissoko is so limited it’s painful and Winks is looking worse every time he plays now.

No because an encroachment from the defending team doesn't matter if the ball goes in, as your chart states, its just a goal, however in this case there's a reason why that "goal" is not valid, the run-up

And as Graham Poll, a qualified ref, on bt said sons feinting was illegal maybe we should go with him? Especially considering I doubt any of us are ex-pro refs

Never been any different, you can't stop your run up, I did think it meant a retake but obviously not.
Moura was failed should have been a pen, why no reference to var?
Goal should have stood.
Var should be cancelled in my opinion I'm not a fan.
Some poor performances on our side lets hope we put it right second half.

Despite the annoying position we find ourselves in, and the clear fact that this team should have more than enough to beat rochdale. Its annoying we haven't just gone all out and blitzed them first.
