Seems his has really been making waves during his time in charge…

“His reign as the deputy ruler has presented the emirate with groundbreaking projects such as Dreamland Aqua Park[7] a reconstruction of UAQ Marine Club, a master-planned waterfront project and a grand investment by Emaar Group International.[6] Dreamland Aqua Park was one of those. The vision of Sheikh Abdullah bin Rashid Al Mualla, deputy ruler of Umm Al Quwain, member of the UAE Supreme Council and ruler of the Umm Al Quwain emirate, the park was inaugurated on 12 June 1997. It was created with one main purpose: to be a place where “fun is a right for everyone!”.

This definitely feels like just a friendly meeting with no actual purchase in the pipeline. I don't think he would be posting pictures with Levy if they were hashing out a deal.

In this Bloomberg interview Levy basically rules out naming rights any time soon as he feels that the Tottenham Hotspur name attached to the stadium increases our name around the world and grows the fanbase. Bigger fan base means bigger brand name and he can start competing even with Man U and Liverpool on the commercial side with sponsors/partners etc.
Also pointed out by someone is that even though the Goods Yard has the Spurs name attached to it in all the publicity , it and many properties to the west of the High Rd are actually in the name of TH Property Ltd a Bahamas based company owned by ENIC and doesn't come under the umbrella of Tottenham Hotspur Ltd but in any sale you would assume it would all be bundled together. The hotel etc do come under Tottenham Hotspur Ltd.
As you say I don't see Levy going , he states he has no interest in going in the interview.

Interview was last september .
He has something , I think it was at the fan forum last September that he said there would be more announcements over the next 12 months or so on the stadium.
Your right about fitting them in , the close season for football last 12 weeks May to August there is only so much you can fit in with concerts and I assume different artists need different stages, lighting etc is it possible to do weekly concerts and there is the opposition of Wembley etc and are there enough major tours doing the rounds.
That leaves the weekends excluding NFL weeks during the football season when the 1st team are away to stage something.
standby for a week of Adele. Back home .

I’ve got 250 shares my sister bought me for Christmas one year. I was on the fence about a takeover being a good idea or not, but if there’s a potential £3,500 in it for me, I’m all aboard the takeover train!
I’ve got 250 too. They’re currently selling for £2.50 on Asset Match, the only way to trade them…
