One of biggest mistakes was bringing in SEVEN new players and expecting them all to gel immediately.
AVB didn't stand a chance.
We should have identified one or two key players and bedded them in. There was too much work in progress.
Bales money burnt a hole in Levy's and AVB's pocket. I don't think any thought was put in to who we buy and why we buy those particular players.

Calling him a cancer is a bit harsh. He thought that he was up to it but hes not even ready. More troubling is that he had Levys ear, that worries me a lot, he just cant pick the right people.

Tim Sherwood (in football terms) is cancer. Cancer that has been around the club since Harry brought him back. Cancer that doesnt have any qualifications to be a manager, yet still had the nerve to belittle a young manager who had won the quadruple.

And Levy put that cancer into our team. He has destroyed the football team that we love.

He has brought nothing good to this football club. The fact that we were winning games hid the fact that he'd split our team ethic apart.

It has shown time and time again that when we come across a well organised, well drilled and gelled team, we lose. We lost to Arsenal, we lost to Chelsea, we lost to Man City, we lost to Benfica, we lost to Norwich.

The team that i loved has died. 2010/2011 seems so long ago now.

Too many new faces, from foreign leagues, to integrate in one go - whilst losing one of the best in the world. Its been a massive reason as to why this season feels like a complete and utter disaster.

That fuck Wenger called it right at the start of the season, when we were all on here having an SC wankathon.

Much more than that unfortunately mate, to say that gives an impression that when they settle things will get better and I fear that's not going to be the case. Technically and especially tactically, under both AVB and Sherwood, we have been lacking in several (million) areas this season and that isn't just going to improve spontaneously. Getting the right man in charge this summer, who knows how he wants to play and more importantly the tactical aspects that go into the playing style and getting it across to the players, is absolutely crucial.

By the way for what it's worth I didn't see Tim do anything wrong with the oppo manager - the other guy was a total prick prancing round on the touchline like a fucking mime, showed a complete lack of respect, and had half his back-room staff and even one of his players balling him out for being a prick.
