This may have been said before, but fucking hell we're a moany bunch of twats on the matchday thread.

Yes, we didn't play well. Yes, we sometimes grind out 1-0 wins. Yes, sometimes some players have a bad day.

Why not just STFU and look at the bigger picture?

A solid performance. Winks terrific, Sissoko a real monster when he came on. Kane and Dele Alli somewhat off the pace today.
Verts had his best game in ages.
All in all
CHELSEA FUCKING LOST!!! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHA
Verts has been superb all season, and although he didn't have much to do Hugo delivered on the couple of occasions he was needed.

Good day so far. Didn't have to exert ourselves too much either with Real on Tuesday. It's my fault for triple captaining Kane.

I had him as my captain too, I think this supposed Wembley curse seems to only apply to him when he's wearing a Spurs shirt!:shifty:

Presume it
He made a couple of runs into open pitch left by a desperate Bournemouth. We could have brought Vorm on to do that and he'd probably have made two better passes at the end of it.

Presume it's arm chair warriors slagging Sissoko. Everyone at the game saw and knows how he changed things with his power and pace and energy. We all know his failings - supporters support when a limited player does what he's supposed to to help the team.

It's not original insightful or useful to harp on about Sissoko technique. In fact it's boring now. Take it up with Poch

Most important thing was to win today.

Second most important thing is that we learn lessons.

Thought we looked tired today but thats a massive 3 points.

Good point. When England play at Wembley it's the same, for some reason both us and England seem to have the energy zapped out of us when playing there!

Worth bearing in mind that most of our squad probably only got back to London in the last couple of days as well after all the bloody internationals so Poch only had a couple of days with them all

Sissoko looked good when he came on, no question.

Only Sissoko could fuck up a 4 on 1 breakaway. People give him lots of credit because he can run. That's a low bar. I'd love to see the guy be a dominant player for us, but when you watch him, you can only think he's won the lottery to be a pro footy player with the level he's at.

Dont mate you cant talk down of our players. Even if Stevie wonder could call it in the middle of heroin binge.

But clearly our awesome manager is happy to use him and use him often. I am happy to trust Pochettino on these matters.

No longer a red if it is an honest attempt to play the ball.
Correct, but could've been a red for being reckless....looks really bad on the replay , at that speed he could've broken his leg with that.

Howe was never going to come and play expansive footie especially after geting mullard the last visit.

That said, we really do need to get Dembele back. He would have made a difference today.
