Don't like the look of that if I'm honest, mainly due to Sandro + Palacios in the centre and would have been nice if we somehow gave Ekotto a rest, not sure if there was anyone to fill that space though.

Will be good to see Townsend though and I actually like Defoe and Pav up top.

I think right midfield was always going to be a problem area today but I'm hoping Townsend can slot in a do a job or if anything just to provide an outlet and offer some pace. Think we may see a more forward thinking Palacios today with Sandro in front of the back four but ultimately we have a solid foundation so we should at least be able to nullify whatever Charlton can throw at us.
