Would rather be in it than out but the extra weeks rest we will gain while arsenal and potentially city are still in the cup can only help up with the league. I expect Leicester to come back strong this weekend.

I wouldn't say it's been an example of how to play us though, just not our day. 2 off the line, potentially a red card/penalty, hit both posts, keeper playing well and generally not taking our chances and then hit with a sucker punch. Disappointing but another day we'd have won this 5/6-0. Don't give Pardew any props for a superb tactical display
