The loss of Lennon has really taken the shine off this win for me. Felling a lot less optimistic about Liverpool away this weekend now.

We really shouldn't have loaned out Townsend.

think he drifted out of the game, could be fitness, or just not as in control after the subs.
bit rusty, but looked good
First half we was sharp and playing the team game, but at 3-0 he was determined to get in on the action, and also probably tired due to lack of match practice

Negative remarks are having absolutely no impact on me after that game. I just feel sorry for anyone who doesn't acknowledge how far we have come with AVB and what an excellent team we are developing into.

I think he was ok, and taken off as a precaution. Needs the rest as well.

Siggy and holtby on the left. Is it just me or did Holtby try too much today, lost the ball too easy and his first touch was off?

I think Holtby is not comfortable out wide at all, looks awkward. Needs to play either in the "2" or the middle of the "3" imo

Yup he lost the ball quite a number of times. I think Bale was getting frustrated but he's breaking in and he's already shown class.

Bale also seemed frustrated at Defoe towards the end, which I was a little too.

I've been plugging for Siggy all season and now he's repaid the faith. Contributes hell of a lot more than Dempsey.

And we only need one selfish shooter in the squad.

AVB isn't the brilliant "man manager" everyone is saying. They are only saying he's a genius cause of the winning streak right now.

Fact is: Siggy, Holtby, Dempsey, Defoe, Adebayor have struggled all season with getting integrated, with teamplay, they have all tried too hard at times. Lucky everything is clicking now cause it's certainly not down to the manager.

I got online tonight and only 30 seconds ago said to myself what a joy it would be with no negative reviews of a near perfect game. You spoiled it and I will never forgive you.

I won't even say that much .Take Jonathan Wilson's article every Spurs fan has been wanking over. AVB's brilliant formation switches and whatnot.... anyone that has followed Spurs knows this is spin, considering injuries caused the switch from 4-4-2 to 4-2-3-1, injuries cased this form, this brilliant play, completely coincidental.

Just how Mourinho "got the better of Ferguson" this week, it's just trash journalism, trash spin by the fans, when the truth is much simpler. But people don't want to see that and want to think everything is fine, which is their right to do.

10/10 for effort. But why are you going to so much trouble wearing your keyboard down and only frustrating yourself? At least make a valid argument when trying to be a wum.

Oh well, always next week. :)

I don't think so. He's clearly done his hamstring. Can't see any way that he'll play in the game this weekend. Could be 2/3/4 weeks out.

I have seen a lot of Tottenham teams down the ages, nearly fifty years worth, every now and again
a new false dawn rises with new aspirations and expectations. We've won the silverware and then the next
we know there are the gap years where we fade into obscurity, however tonight I was not too bothered
about the outcome of this Europa League campaign before the start but there is for me a rumbling, a sense of belief and gathering momentum of the TEAM credo - with a group determination in all areas - Lennon tackling back
with grit and all across the field players are expressing themselves with flair and achieving stuff while seemingly
in control. Not saying it is the finished article by any means but their is a certain aura and ruggedness showing.

I am impressed, proud and think that this team could be "the one" playing for fun but also for each other.

The only reservation I have that concerns me is the show boating, just creeping in - Let's get the job done but
not too much of the flashy stuff - fill the cabinets with silver first please.

Another fantastic performance. Parker, Dembele Bale and Azza were unstoppable tonight. Shame we lose Bale at San Siro.

As u say BK007 bale did get a bit frustraded hope that he dont be like "Ronaldo" and start to scream on the teammates just when they have a bad pass. Lewis is new in Tottenham and need time to sattle in. I think he wanted to much today and it went wrong. But then he need someone like bale to say " COME on Lewis step up our game now. insted of just showing bad body signs.
