Bale and Defoe shooting on sight, not a good thing.
defoe likes starting deeper than Ade with THAT:rolleyes: CM, he will work better as they dont go forward much and help out thus leaving ade isolated and fuck all to do tbh

Good strong team apart from Friedel, well not as strong as Lloris.

The players all need to learn to cope with this sort of fixture schedule if we want to play champions league next season.

Why have Inter dropped in the last few years? Was it financial reasons or bad management?
Both they tried to stay at the top but without spending and have got rid of players due to FFP as they are one of the people behind it

Both. The crippling effect of post-Mourinho management and the fact that Italy has been so strapped for cash. A lot of the big club owners in Italy are under scrutiny for laying off countless workers in their businesses yet pumping money into clubs, they've had to chill out on spending as a result.

Both tbh, they over spent trying to maintain their form after their CL Win and have now had to cut down on transfers and wages. Since then they've also had some poor managers with Rafa, Leonardo etc...

Surprised Dembele is starting as he can't possibly be 100% and I would probably have gone for Holtby next to Parker in the middle.

As others have said, Lloris in is a no brainer and we are purposely weakening our side basically for the sake of looking 'fair'.

Anyhow, Inter still look on paper a more than competent outfit so I expect a close game ala Lazio so there won't be much in this at all.

Thanks guys. It's kind of sureal that we are favourites against Inter Milan and are all expecting to win! When we played them a couple of years ago - we were delighted to be on the same pitch.

Anyone else delighted to be playing Inter Milan in front of a buzzing WHL crowd as opposed to losing to the European giant that is Steaua Bucharest?

Socks are on (and starting to smell a bit.....)

No chance of me ending up on wrong train and at wrong station next week either as I'm already at home for the afternoon.

although ade doesnt scores, he holds and dummys alot to let bale do MOST of the attacking, which is great currently imo cause bale is on epic form. defoe on the other hand, if he scores, good, if not, he takes alot away from bale's attacking game because if there was a chance to pass to bale for a better shot, you know defoe is still gonna shoot

Probably a 1-1. Spurs are 2nd favorite behind Chelsea to win it all, that means a slip-up when least expected. Like today.

I see Holtby the Savior is on the bench, how foolish do most of you look.

Wow, Lee Dixon complimenting us on itv, nice but not that accurate, this isn't our best 11 and Defoe hasn't been chipping in with goals for a while!
