Very surprised at this. We lose 3-0 to United with most players being awful. There should be some changes imo for this to shake the team up. Feels like the players last week are being rewarded And the subs probably feel the same.

In poch's head it's more like, "you produced that shite last week, you go out there and show some integrity and put it right".

Obviously a test of character but it could well backfire.

Taking a big risk today, of course we win then it looks like the players have redeemed themselves slightly. But if we lose or start poor then there is going to be a number of ppl questioning poch and his team selections because I'm struggling to understand how Townsend deserves a spot, was completely anonymous defensively and offensively last week.

It's selections like today that make me doubt him, let's hope I'm wrong.

Yeah, but the problem is that the likes of Townsend, Walker and Chadli have been producing that shite for a lot longer than just last week. Really baffled and very disappointed with Poch's selections here.

I'd normally try and be positive but there's no way to mix it. Shit team selection. How Dembele doesn't get a start is beyond me. Stambouli has barely had a chance yet several poor performances from the Mason/Bentaleb combo see's them preferred. Chadli has been completely off the boil. Why cant we just play the Eriksen-Dembele-Lamela front 3 that's seen us look the most fluid we've looked all season?

It would but can see no other reason, apparently they're fit. Stambouli has got better and should be at least ahead of Paulinho. And Dier should perhaps be taken out of the firing line after last week. It would be extremely petty but what other reason is there?

No, it isn't 442.

442 would be Ade and Kane upfront, with two ball players in midfield (e.g. Dembele and Mason), and two flying wingers (e.g. Townsend and Lennon).

We have the personnel to play this system. It worked perfectly well for Ferguson, the best manager in history.

Im sorry but the last month has really made me question whether Poch is the right man for the job. Its this late in the season, he found a good team finally and changed it and fucked it all up. It's embarrassing.

Townsend has no right to be anywhere near the 18 and neither does Chadli. Walker and Dire should be dropped after last week. Mason is being ran into the ground. Poch should be embarrassed at how awfully poor he's been as a manager recently.
