Sterling is my main concern, the boy is q right handful. We'll see how wel Dier is up to the task as a right back today as defensively he will have a lot of ground to cover.

Their midfield is nothing special. Allen is average at best and Gerrard is poor as a holding mid, IMO. The one who does the work is Henderson, so we'll have to close him down.

For me The Bull is the key man today. I am worried looking at their forwards and how Younes will deal. Whatever happens we'll have a good idea of how far removed he is from his injury problems. This could be a contract day for him today.

Jesus, i know we have to box clever against Liverpool but look at what we have - Lamela oozing confidence, Eriksen pulling the strings and Chadli coming off a two goal haul will fancy his chances in front of goal.

If Adebayor is truly up for this which he tends to against 'pool then Liverpool will be shitting themselves if we turn over possession in their third.

My only concern is their extra man in midfield. Big game needed from Capoue and Bentaleb.

They play 4 1 2 3 though, they do they don't they though? Stevie starfish sits, and I'd be hopeful that the excellent harrying by both Erik and Christian seen to date can wind him up a bit.

I have a bad feeling though about another red forus, a nasty early one, given their pace on the break and our vulnerability to that. Like the goons, they have the attributes that can hurt us. But if we can get the first goal then who knows...

Glad Brenton chose balotelli over countinho. While I do acknowledge that balotell is a good player, he is very off and on. Not to mention it's his first game in a new team. I'd be more worried about countinho who is just constantly dangerous and puts defenders on their heels.

That defense also looks weak! We've got a real good chance of 3 points here.
