The guy supports us, played for us, managed us, helped bring though our youth, he wants us to win. Ffs let your bitterness go, he hasn't done anything to you.

Agree. We're having a magnificent season and some people still wanna waste their time slating a caretaker manager from years ago. lol. A caretaker manager who brought Kane through....who insisted he was a much better player than Soldado (who had a glittering pre-Spurs goalscoring CV), even when Kane, prior to that, been a league cup appearance striker who had played most of his football in the football league. Sherwood was the first to state just how good Kane was. He worked with our academy for years....an academy that is currently the envy of England. He wants us to win the title. Don't see why people are bitter. There are far more worthy targets for vitriol and scorn. :)

What makes you think it's personal? Some of your statements can be questioned, but more importantly leaves out aspects of what he got up to behind the scenes. In any case, some of you who support him are the same ones who brought a malign influence and continue to do so when it comes to some of our players. I don't forget and never forgive.

And he had a lot of support from the media, who he fed tidbits assiduously. The previous manager and the one succeeding him have had to try to succeed in the teeth of media vitriol, albeit only at the beginning of Pochettino's tenure. Just to correct one thing you've said: we've had two magnificent seasons, because this season was built on the last.

Sherwood's an Arsenal fan, definitely not Spurs. He admits being an Arsenal fan on tv and only used us to further his own career.

Why do you support Spurs? 15 points to play for. 7 behind. They now have at least 3 or 4 hard games. How's the title dream over? Admittedly, it'll be an amazing turnaround, but not impossible.

He does, his team plays in San Antonio.............

Yep that's where I was too. In the corner by the Shelf.

Anyone watching in telly - what happened with the Dele Alli yellow for simulation. Seemed harsh from the stands but hard to tell. Did he go down too easily?

Thought Dean was harsh on us today

Yeah not far From you i was in upper gangway 40

The amount of times I've seen us look decent against them, tap it about and look competitive only for them to ruthlessly murder us in a 10/15 minutes spell. It's a sign of a side's superiority - almost toying with an opposition. It serves them right. What LvG said both before and after yesterday's game betrays the arrogance of that club. A dismantling within a few minutes and then it could really have ended up 4/5 couldn't happen to a nicer organisation than those nobs. Long may it continue.

I take the fact that he (although obviously being baited by a journo) said that stuff as a huge compliment. Fergie would only ever praise us in public which is the equivalent of a pat on the head.

I never previously seen United team that demonstrates no particularly style, tactics or offensive threat. They were reasonably good at containing us first half without any offensive threat. and even when they went behind, they appeared to have no plan b, other than hope Martial would create and score a goal on his own.. Considering the money they spent and with the exception of Martial and De Gea, they are shocking.

Great win, albeit against an average Man U (who are still tight in defence and well placed in the league).

On a side note, is Depay Dembele's love child? They look astonishingly similar.
