when you've had a goal chalked off, played a half with 10 man and had a penalty awarded against you, all of which are unjust decisions you might as well accept it aint your day.

In all likelihood the game was never going to swing our way, they were just better than us. Thought we could have given it a go second half though, but will never know now.

We're 5th and our goal difference is 0. I didn't even realise that was possible.

You are without doubt a sexist little pig. I've probably been watching football longer than you stopped filling your nappies with shit and you're still full of it it would seem

Not ill-informed or stupid. We weren't even attempting to take the ball off them when I posted.
Cosmic man very cosmic - sexist? No! Sense of Humour definitely not.

I use PL officials as an analogy for any kind of system with no accountability whatsoever.

Secondary school exam boards are the same - Make hilarious mistakes and then just band together and refuse to take any responsibility for their errors and refuse to listen to any criticism.

Bunch of fucking jokers the lot of them
Agree.

It's ridiculous.

For all the money in our league, so much riding on it and we rely on purely human rationale for a large part of the officiating.

I mean I welcome it partially as controversy and debate is one of the gems of the sport but not out right stinking performances from the officials. It's fucking sad

We can't just blame the ref we have been shit right from the start we looked scared of them

We've always started shit and grown in to games. It's hard to do that when you've had the opposition gifted a two goal lead and you have been made to play with 10 men for no reason whatsoever

See also; the Police (not the band), the government.

Yep.

Weve spent 20 billion on the centralised NHS computer system, decided it wasnt fit for purpose so canned it.

Whats that taxpayer? You want an explanation of how we have wasted 20 billion of your money. Sorry we cant divulge that information...

Cads!!

Maybe for the first half hour, but we were definitely still in this until the penalty.

Can take losing to a better team, but give us a level playing field.

Only positive that I can think of is that the bad decisions have come against at team which in all honestly we knew (but hoped we wouldn't) we would lose to.

No shame losing 4(+)-1 to a team full of £30M players with 10 men.

Edit: The two goals scored after the penalty would never have happened with 11 men.

Chiriches has fantastic ability. He just doesnt read the game too well.

It doesn't help that he is partnered with someone who cant read.

We'll see how good he is when he is next to Vertonghen
