21:33 Goal Tottenham 3-1 Nottingham Forest - Harry Kane (90 mins)
That wins it for Spurs! Erik Lamela plays a slick throughball, fellow sub Harry Kane is onside and it's a very cool finish across the keeper.
21:24 Goal Tottenham 2-1 Nottingham Forest - Roberto Saldado (83 mins)
I'm not sure that Roberto Soldado has had a meaningful touch all night - but he may have the most important one of all! Andros Townsend shoots again, 25 yards out, low and hard, and Soldado reacts well to stick out a boot and divert the ball into the roof of the net.
21:13 Goal Tottenham 1-1 Nottingham Forest - Ryan Mason (72 mins)
Spurs' first shot on target is the leveller! What a hit from Ryan Mason, 22 yards out and he lashes into the top bin. Swerve and power, belter!
21:06 Substitution Double change for us - Kane and Mason for Paulinho and Stambouli.
21:03 Goal Tottenham 0-1 Nottingham Forest - Jorge Grant
Nottingham Forest lead! Is this going to be the shock of the night? Lars Veldwijk's cross from the left is deflected into the path of 19-year-old Jorge Grant, who makes no mistake on his first start in professional football.
HALF-TIME Tottenham 0-0 Nottingham Forest

Interested to see the side we put out with Arsenal on Saturday. Expect it to be similar to Partizan last week.

I hope we don't have the same 'we'll win this easily' attitude towards this game

Think We might all be in for a shock i can see Forest having too much fight and livleyness about them for us to struggle with, but if We was to win think only by the odd goal and Im sure We will concede.
Really Hope we dont lose here as well as the NLD or it could get real ugly and i dont want to see poch struggle this early.

I just hope the team has more mental strength and confidence than you do.

We battered QPR and Sunderland

Got spanked by Liverpool and suffered a smash and grab on Sunday

It wasn't really a smash and grab to be fair.

Yes it was, should have been 0-0

They had a couple of shots from outside the box

They defended very well and we attacked like a tin of beans

They in no way outplayed us

Dont doubt My mental strength mate its one of My best qualities in fact you need to transfer that to Our gutless players.
You maybe dissapointed in some shitty results and lack of movement or desire but dont blame fellow fans as i aint pointing fingers at you.
This shit lays at the feet of the players and management alike No one else thanks.

Was speaking to a Forest fan today and they have sold their allocation and will be right up for it.

I'd like us to try a little experiment tomorrow, and play Soldado and Lamela as a front two. They obviously have great chemistry off the pitch, and I'd just like to see Lamela playing close to Robbie, and see if they can get some little combinations goiing...

Going tonight, so with a full contingent of Forest fans I hope we give a good account of ourselves.

The team had better do well too!

A side who has lost their last 2 home games in the league without scoring , hasn't won in 4 and playing away at their biggest rivals at the weekend.

Against a side unbeaten this season and leading the Championship

I can only see an away win unfortunately and think Forest at 9/2 are a massive price

Thing is, even though Forest are going well in the Championship, they have been letting in a lot of goals and have basically just been outscoring teams to get wins. Now there's nothing overly wrong with that but equally if we can get into them early and get a goal then I think we could dominate.

We need a response from Sunday's dire outing and this is our first opportunity to do it. Lots of big teams are already out of this competition so it's nice opportunity to win some silverware if we don't fuck about.

Assombalonga is their biggest threat but if Fazio and Jan start then I see no reason why they can't keep him quiet.
