Im not gonna give you a rating good or bad but...How on earth a true Tottenham fan can say this is beyond a joke it really is. This so called joke cup is the league cup that has existed since 1960. Its a (small) part of what makes british football great and I'd love to see us win it. Success breeds success. Ask any Spurs fan who was at Wembley to see us beat Chelsea for this cup how they felt that day.

Not sure what to make of Fazio and Vertonghen getting starts alongside the rest of the second XI. Hopefully it's just a case of Poch wanting them to get more time together leading up to the match on Saturday and not an indication that the defense we saw against WBA will keep their places.

I despise this attitude. Football is about winning trophies. If we are to start throwing cup competitions then what's the point.

Lennon captain? That is genuinely quite worrying...we've got former Ajax and Sevilla captains playing and yet they are overlooked for Lennon. I can't see how the likes of Lennon and Adebayor are anywhere near captain material - bizarre.
