^^^ Yes...and VDV, too - all over the pitch today, lasted the 90, and still closing down at the end of the match. In fact, the end of a match and they had players receiving the ball on the edge of their own area and being closed down by 3 or 4 of our players.
Ignoring the blip when we let them back into the game, though
p.s. canot believe my stream went down for all three of our goals :bang:

i agree. Pehaps against liverpool, but that game aside, i cant remember when we last played our game for 90 mins.
Thinking about it though, we let teams play, so there is always that risk that the opposition will get back into it - especially after completely outplaying them in the first half!
My MOM was VDV. I thought he was class, and the biggest difference between the teams. Everytime he dropped deep, he was threatening. He played some stunning passes, and his footwork for our 3rd was world class. It was tight between him and Parker, but i'll vote for VDV.
Be interesting to see what BC makes of the goal we conceded as Kaboul was poor from the initial header QPR won and then Brad should really have eaten the rest of it.

Thought Ledley was also at fault for it though as he seemed to mistime his jump - I think all in all we just got our organisation messed up for that particular set-piece, but on most of the set pieces we defended well. Across the 90 minutes we were fantastic, with a poor 15 minutes at the start of the 2nd half.
But a brilliant goal to seal it.
Also good to see Lennon looking sharp today. Would still like to see Pienaar have a go in our starting XI but really, not much to complain about today at all.
