Met some of that lot in Floyd's, watching the Wigan game, when I was there in September. Ended up doing silly but enjoyable all-day drinking in Manhattan with one of them afterwards, then going on with him and his mate to an uber-swanky house party on Park Avenue. T'was marvellous.

Why do I never get any of this on my travels eh? Best I've had recently was sitting on a plane full of dough-faced Blue Mancs and Howard Webb on the way to Lisbon.

Well, Webb was in first class so didn't have to mingle with us shitmunchers, so definitely the City lot. At least I got to celebrate with the restaurants owners I was at that night when Benfica beat them.
