He has been hesitant but you have to ask why he is hesitant, it's certainly not due to an inability to pass and move the ball quick.

I don't think he should be the scapegoat but Pochettino should rest him the same way he did in his first season. Trouble is who replaces him.

The team appears to be lacking confidence in the attacking 3rd.

He shouldn't and no one should be the scapegoat. Either we are going through a rut but will come out of it fine or Poch has changed the system, tactics and messages and the players aren't producing as a result.

I don't think he needs replacement I think we need to get back to basics, pressing, movement, speed, intensity and impetus. Being slow doesn't suit us.

Don't be a Scrooge, you're a month early. :p

It's the goddamn Pikeys. On a 'normal' game-day you'd be right, but this is a special moment, a final moment; the last time we play them at The Lane (iirc), so let's put that in perspective.

One last final: "Fuck You Pikey! With Love From The Lane" - don't care how we got it, just care that we did. :)

:D
Yes I know what your saying but we were not great although we got the win.

I sit right next to the away fans (as in the very last seat). It was amazing, having had to listen to that horrible aggressive mob all game, to finally shut them up and send them packing with their tails between their legs. Oh how we laughed at them.

Lamela, when he's back fit and firing.
I really like Eriksen, but he does need to be rested for a bit, if only to give him a little wake up call as his form has been rather indifferent of late.
Some of you lot need to give yourselves an uppercut though, the "hate" towards him is disgusting.

Literally just before Son's first assist I turned to the guy next to me and said "he has to do something useful today, surely?!" seeing as Son was only about 15-20 yards from me he must have heard me and duly obliged.

TL;DR @hughy won Spurs the match.

Like any footballer he needs to realise his place isn't a given. Should definitely be rested for a few games and would probably appreciate it in the long run.

Dembele and Eriksen's form needs snapping out of soonish. Both were sub-par.

Thought Dembele was alright, not his best game but did alright, Eriksen though was shocking, especially in the first half. Both were eclipsed by the performance of young Harry Winks, who surely now has to be a serious contender to start against the blue scumbags next week.
