Yeah, refs get a load of stick but I like Mike Dean because he is a bit more consistent than anyone else and seems to be adhering to the new rules.

I think he's the most consistent in the league and he's Not afraid to make big calls. Hence why there's been a penalty nearly every game he's been in charge so far this season.

Saved one vs Fulham.
Did he save one at the Etihad in Poch's first season or did Aguero miss it?

Aguero scored about 14 goals that game, but I seem to remember him also having a penalty that he didn't score as well.

Great turn of phrase, literal laugh out loud moment for me there.

A lot of people moaned around me (block 35) about a lack of passion and about how much more they wanted it. (I HAD to leave early and we were losing when i left despite being the better side for most of the match)

Watch the 5 goal celebrations.
Their first goal - some 11 year old kid dance. Looked like an image conscious little prick.
Winks scores - bat shit mental chest pump badge smack.
Their second goal. Saunters over to his pikey fans and does a wanky Danny Dyer-esq irons / x factor sign.
Kanes 2 goals - same as Winks.

Same for everyone who scores for us. Well, maybe not Eriksen who seems to be less and less interested with every passing match imo and was dreadful and lax yesterday.

Fuck a duck - watching Goals on Sunday and they're discussing grappling/blocking and they FINALLY acknowledged Janssen should hage been given a penalty against Liverpool!

I think the biggest problem is you know 100% Mike Dean will have a match next week and not give a penalty for the same offense. Then comparisons are drawn and people will start getting shirty.

The refereeing is so incredibly inconsistent at this level. it's unbelievable.

I don't agree I 'know that 100%,' he is one of the referees I don't have a problem with. He makes mistakes as they all do but I don't think he makes any more than the others.
He can only give what he sees. If there is such an incident next week and he doesn't see it then he cant give it but I suppose it wont stop the comparisons. I don't believe if he sees such an incident next week he will think 'I cant give it 2 weeks on the trot'.

You mean today or when it happened?

I meant that when it happened sky/bbc seemed to neglect to even discuss it at all, choosing to focus on the Vertonghen incident when the ball wasn't even in play.
on Goals on Sunday, they had that montage and were saying "yeah definite pen' "stonewall" etc and then the janssen liverpool one came on and they just sort of went "hmmm" and moved on

The game today brought back memories of this. The last minute is delicious:

Mark Noble was the youngest player for spammers then and Tevez got his first goal through us... pardon me, but it's like so 'Spursy' yeah...:LOL:

But fuck I love Berba

Definitely felt that too, looked to me that he sent Reid off for being reckless cause he committed a foul moments earlier and got booked.

If you watch the challenge on Kane closely, you can clearly see him put his forearm into Harry's neck and rake it upwards.

Watched the goals again and Eriksen played a brilliant little ball for Son to run on to for the peno. Type of pass a #10 is supposed to make.

Watching Chelsea now and with no Rose we will have our hands full with Moses on their right.

Need to score first against them or we will be in for a long 90 mins. They are a better version of what West Ham tried to do yesterday and will take the chances the Hammers missed to make it 3-1.

But Boro are giving Chelsea a game. I hope Poch is watching this game .
