Case in point: I was at WHL for a match a couple of years ago and the atmosphere was FAR worse than any American football game I'd ever been to.

Complete silence around the ground, then one block of singing fans in one corner of the ground who sang "Oh when the Spurs" twice and "Stand up if you hate Arsenal" 5 times and then stood in stoic silence for the remainder. We won 3-1 though so that was nice.

I think this is another game which shows what we are missing most: A creator. Somenone who can bring the special balls to the wingers and Defoe.
Everything else isn't that needed

i think we are doing alright.
Lots of possession and looking pretty solid at the back so far.
We've struggled plenty of times in the past to break teams down with Modric and Vdv in the team.
Think subs are gonna be crucial.

still not sure why Dempsey gets in the team infront of Gylfi. Sure they both havnt been great so far. but Gylfi has a better touch and better passer imo

Spot on. Hoping we can get our shit together when Dembele comes back. I have very little confidence in this team, and I'm starting to lose faith in AVB to be perfectly honest. Dire football, flimsy defensively and questionable man management.
Seriously? Are you even watching the game? I think it's quite an entertaining match. We are playing some quite good football. Look dangerous when we break. It's not perfect, but a marked improvement on recent games. I guess some on here only see the negatives.

There's a 20,000+ waiting list, yes?

And "supporting the club as they see fit" apparently means sitting in silence for the last 2 or 3 years.

In conclusion, yes, I think it's safe to say almost anyone would be a better fan than the lot at the Lane recently.

What a load of shit, no fan is better than another. The club has been silent for the 39 years I have been going to the lane, more often than not because the team hasn't been good. Sitting on a keyboard and complaining about fans that get off their arse, is hypocritical to the extreme.
