If this thread already exists, please let me know but I couldn't find it anywhere so thought it might be a nice addition for those nuts like myself who break down every little piece of the training videos posted.

This week's is 2v2s -- http://www.tottenhamhotspur.com/spurs-tv/features/tuesday-training-–-two-vs-two/

Some great stuff throughout but it's worth watching just for Alli's flick and turn on Eriksen at 2:40 alone:hungry:

Also in the video: A beautifully attempted chip from Pritchard, first showing from N'jie, Belgians teaming up, an Erisken & Lamela partnership, continued ruthlessness from Kane in front of goal and how does Chadli keep finishing so well from the touchline?

I am always interested in these vids but I am still wondering: Everytime they show something it has to do with small field games. Is that the normal and usual thing to do all the time?
Would explain to me why we can pass in the middle of the pitch sometimes very nicely but you hardly learn how to create space or deal with tight defenses, what we are struggling with. Anyone with coaching badges can tell me why always these kinds of games ? (Or do we only show that?)

This is not for the first team but I really enjoyed watching this youth vid that someone posted in the u21/youth team thread. So posting here for those that missed it. Long vid though:

I've wondered the same and landed on the assumption that it's the safest/tamest thing to publicize about our training sessions.

Son's first training session
http://www.tottenhamhotspur.com/spurs-tv/features/son-joins-his-team-mates/

DAMN he looks quick in those drills. (keep in mind this thread was created for reading into things way too much, I repeat WAY TOO MUCH). Also a real smiler, noticed that from Leverkusen too. I'm a big fan of that.

Interesting how many shots are of him and Wimmer, the obvious assumption being their mutual language (I assume he's learned German) and being new signings. I do wonder where Son is at with English and how much of a problem (or not) that will be in the squad. Will he and Wimmer settle together? Am I missing any other German speaking individuals in the squad?

Yes it's because they want replicate the pressure situations that occur in games.
