Only problem with original post, is that it contains no TT quotes

I genuinely would have liked to read what TT said previously

At the time AVB left I was all for Sherwood taking up the role, I was all for continunity, it was important as we were rudderless at that time, regardless of what people might think and say about Sherwood he was the right man at the time of need. He was also very right in promoting youth players that was the only way forward for THFC to compete short and long term.

Sherwood though wasn't accomplished enough to move the club forward so he came to pass for the next chapter.

The managers/coach in waiting options at the time were FdB LvG and Pochettinho.
Pochettinho straight away stood out because I loved he's attitude towards youth development promotion and having a clear philosophy moving forward he also had experience of the league with Southampton who he'd transformed.

To my mind Pochettinho was the outstanding choice the perfect marriage for a club like ours.

Yet he only got 7.5% of the popular vote! 92.5% of us didn't have your mindset! I voted Klinnsman by the way!

It was hard to not get caught up in TT's enthusiasm for Poch, he was so adamant about him.

I did it though, I was one of those muppets who thought LVG was ideal...

I had to buy a bunch of new coats, getting one wasn't enough after that call.

In short. Supporting Spurs right now is a fucking honour.

And a long long time coming.

Whether we win the league or not, we finally have a Spurs side to be proud of.
