I'm suggesting that once our window shuts each team should submit a list of players that are available for sale to the other European teams. If a player isn't on that list then they can't be sold which should stop the likes of Barca and Real raiding our clubs once the window shuts here. There's something like this in place in Germany already, but I think it only comes into effect on the last day of the transfer window.
