Premier League clubs Liverpool and Tottenham are set to miss out in the race to sign Lacina Traore, it has been reported.
talkSPORT has revealed that Monaco are set to make another big-money move this summer by making an offer to Anzhi Makhachkala for Traore.
Both Tottenham and Liverpool has been linked to the highly rated player, but it now seems that Monaco are most likely to sign Traore.
The article reported that according to sources in Russia, Monaco are prepared to make an offer worth £15 million for the forward.
If Traore signs for Monaco then he will join Radamel Falcao, Joao Moutinho and James Rodriguez at the club in a summer where the Ligue 1 side have splashed out to bolster their squad.
Traore has only been at Anzhi for one season after joining from fellow Russian club Kuban Krasnodar, but with his club cutting its expenditure in all areas possible it looks like Traore will be leaving Russia this summer.
