This is all Aidy Boothroyd fault. First the squad he picked should’ve been better, leaving out players undeservedly
Then the way this team plays and today he massively underestimated Romania by resting starting players
I just hope Ryan Sessegnon is okay

Out of interest, who did he leave out of the squad undeservedly?

To be honest, it isn't Adrian Boothroyd's fault for the goals. If professional players at that level are making those mistakes who can you do as a coach? That Tomori was abysmal from that I saw.

Boothroyd underestimated them, he left out AWB, Foden and Sess, arguably 3 of our best players.

Looks like a new golden generation for Romania. Front 3 look very good.

They looked good against Croatia. Got to say though, in both games they’ve faced defenders who will do well to forge a career in the game let alone make any impact at a high level. The worst defensive unit I’ve ever seen in any England shirt. Laughable

Bothroyds team selection was poor, especially for a must win game. Foden came on and ran the game, England the much better side in the second half and should have won with plenty to spare.
They completely imploded against the French too.

Tyler banging on about sacrificing winning football for development football....idiot.

I said the same thing in a round about way. This England team needs a manager that is going to follow on from Southgate. Not a relic from the past. It stinks of old school FA. He hasn’t done anything to deserve that position. And today showed his lack of knowledge. Although yes. The mistakes were all self inflicted. It was like watching England before Southgate took over. Football by numbers.

The arrogance of Bothroyd was overwhelming to make so many changes beggars belief.
Foden ;Sessignon:Abrahams;Wan Basaka to name but a few should have started the game .
He is a manager that reacts instead of being pro-active a sure sign he is in over his head all good managers spot problems early and make changes early they don't wait till thing go wrong and then react.
On the whole he is a Wally.
