As Rebrab has said, signings are unlikely, apart from a reserve GK. Still no word on who, we're looking at loads, permanent & loan.

This does of course depend on outgoings. Hutton, Bentley and Pav all for sale, but as widely reported, only for the right price. We're more than happy to go in to February with the squad we have now. If Hutton stays and Woody continues to get fitter, Naughton will be loaned back to Sheff Utd. If Hutton goes and/or Corluka is needed at CB, it's likely we'll sign a RB and Naughton will stay. Not Richards though, rumour has come from nowhere, City aren't even looking to sell.

O'Hara will be loaned back to Pompey or elsewhere, Harry wants him to play (as widely reported in the papers). Rose will be staying for the season as cover at CM as well as on the wings.

Sandro deal stalling, if it's going to happen it will be in the summer (cue ITK bashing). Once again, as reported, Inter want him for their Champions League.

No chance of any major players leaving. All on long contracts, not for sale at any price.

Cheers Yidio, this now confirms what Harry has said previously. I be honest I was a bit dubious when I heard his interview......we all know what's he like and personally I didn't want any new players and was happy with the squad......great to have someone ITK.

I also read about Bentley and Pav leaving in some of the papers and Levy holding out for the right price....thanks for confirming this also! The Guardian said we were looking at GK's today but again I just didn't believe....you know what these papers can be like....

Boring news is fine. Its accuracy that matters.

Although I do find what's said about Richards very interesting. Seems to go against a couple of other ITKs at the moment.

Inter (Sport Club Internacional) want him to play in their equivalent of the Champions league

He's played there a good bit for the reserves a year or two ago and has done so for England under age teams as well. I haven't seen him play there much so don't know if he's better there than out wide.

sure i've seen him play CM for us, think it was in pre-season. i've always thought he was a winger though.
