It's been assumed, and probably correctly, that it's regarding Javier Saviola.

Nope. Pablo is a journo, I think. Used to pass on decent ITK, but lately I think it's been more random quotes and the like.

he passes on info before it hits the papers, they must get their info from somewhere. Dont see what him being a Journalist means he hasn't got a track record.

As said above, I saw Benfica and hoped for Cardozo, but c'est la vie.

Di Maria seems to have become worldwide hot property on the basis of very little, so I hope it's not him. Decent player but overrated, overpriced and not as good as any of our widemen.

Saviola would only happen if Keane were to go. His final season at Barca he actually played a bit in the second half of the season and very well at that, then went to Madrid on a free and pretty much ended his highest level career. He's a little younger than Keane and undoubtedly very talented, so if Keane went, though I'd rather we kept him, Saviola could be a shrewd piece of business.

Don't see this happening though though.

Not allowed to edit so I'll add: Saviola can also quite comfortably play on either wing and on the right wing is actually very good, unlike Keane who is quite poor out wide.

However, I stand by my wish that Keane goes nowhere, at least not in this window.

It also mentions that he's got 16 goals in 25 appearances this season.

But wait for it, he as a 30 million euro buy out clause.

Benfica paid 5 million euro's for him last year, why would they sell him for pretty much the same amount? sounds like b*ll*x to me.
