Re the initial post, I'm sure Celtic would like to sign Keane.
I'd guess we'd consider it if they had £20 million odd to pay for him.
I seriously doubt HR would give undertakings to Crouch in advance like that.

Most of the ITK this summer about Keane hasn't made sense, there was all the nonsense about him not being in the Kit photo's etc.
I think the outcome of this Keane ITK will be the same as the other Keane ITK.

I honestly don't believe there is much if any truth at all in the Keane to Celtic rumours but I'm not sure why people are saying Celtic can't afford him just because of a lack of CL football. What if 'Arry was offered Brown & McGeady for him. If he's genuinely interested in both players, I could see him accepting that.

He'd have to be at the end of his career before he'd consider going to Celtic. And even then they'd have trouble affording him.

I don't believe the rumors of attitude issues with BAE (in the past), Lennon, Keane etc. Maybe their personalities are not the nicest (not ITK, I have no idea), but they work pretty hard for the team on the pitch, which is the most important part.
