Anton would not be my first choice, but If Harry thinks he is right then I trust his judgement, he's been pretty spot on so far.
But, with all this negativity, just remeber that if he does join, he is still a Spurs player, so I really really hope we all support him from day one, becasue I know what we can be like if he makes one wrong move, that will be it for him.

We've been linked with A.Ferdinand in every window since Harry took over. If any of it were true then i'm sure we'd have signed him by now. Personally i think it will be Sandro. Everything is in place for us to have him signed. I can't think of anyone else who has been linked strongly enough to us to be at the medical stage by now. Of course there is a chance that we've done a deal in secret. But i doubt it, it rarely happens. Transfers often get leaked before a medical.

Yup it's a strange one. Normally if there's talk of a medical we pretty much know who it is. But then Archie is normally pretty good with his info so who knows.
Last window we got some info that there was someone having a medical at the hospital Spurs use (Holly House?) but if I remember correctly it turned out to be a current player just being put through his paces.
So to sum up...anything could be happening.

Spot on. I don't doubt that there was / is a medical going on, but it could be any current player (maybe woody??) or any possible signing. Archie is IMHO the best ITK.

Who knows what it is for. Could be any of our long term injured players. It could be Lennon having a check to see if he is fit enough to face Liverpool. Or it could be a signing. If it is Ferdinand, it is not as bad as people are making out. He would be very much a back up (5th choice) and would likely be a loan signing just as cover in the possible event that Dawson/Bassong are injured and Ledley and Woodgate still aren't available. It makes sense to have some kind of cover.

Its not like he would walk straight into the team anyway. so i dont see the rush to have amedical on Sunday night. I will reserve judgement on Ferdinand until I see some more of him. Dont want another Bentley\Bent signing where he is dead in the water before he even gets here
