isnt storts one of ours? why COYS? im confuzzled.

Didn't Storts have a run in with 1 or 2 of our RRs last window (or at least 1 or 2 of them publically and agressively doubting him)? Maybe that has something to do with it. Or am I mixing up my ITKs?

No more so than John Terry, who is considered by many to be world class.

I think Anelka was the last one.

only a Tottenham fan with his lily white specs firmly on would come out with a statement like that

John Terry is light years ahead of Dawson in pretty much everything to do with football

All i said was that Terry makes those sort of mistakes too. He certainly has made more mistakes this season. No doubt that he's a better player than Dawson, but considering he's a world class centre back its of no surprise. Dawson is certainly not light years behind Terry though. He has future captain all over him, and we'll do well to upgrade on him.

No you're not mixing up your ITKs, that's right. Although a couple of weeks ago Storts did say he was having trouble getting on here, so posted on COYS.

We pushed too many people forward leaving the two CB having to deal with their two strikers; one of which was dropping very deep and linking play. Without a DM Dawson and Bassong were getting pulled out of position making their games look worse.

We do need a new CB tho, as King and Woody can't be depended on and you can't afford to be down to two CB and still expect to be up high in the league

Well tbh mate all i can say for him is hes excellent......

Ive watched a few palermo games and i seen this big strapping blonde guy at the back the very first time i seen them play not even realising it was kjaer and i was thinking to myself this guy is class who is he after about 30 mins of the game then i realised who he was so i watched with more vigour.

He dominated everything on the ground in air...the lot unbeleible like a dawson with more pace and better postional play and less of the diving in....hes brave very brave hed stick his head on anything.

Hes so good his name was mentioned again and again .....more than a midfielders or strikers....which normally when you play centre back shows yours a good player he put himself on the end of everything and anything while making it all look a bit easy tbh.

I can remember which game it was but one of the games i watched he was blocking tackling and heading everything. He was like a man possesed absoulutely brilliant

His strengths seem to be

-Strong and Brave
-Postioning is excellent
-Got a huge leap
-Quite Pacey
-Old head on a very young shoulders reminds me of naybet with his postioning
-Looks a leader

He is going to be big very big if he avoids injury.

If i could describe him i would say hes basically everything martin laursen could have been if he wernt injured...very similar but with a bit more quality looks amazing.

Honestly i would pay the full 19 mil or what ever palermo want and what ever wages he wants he good be the answer really he could be the one lets not miss the boat on this one hes class.

I would be gutted if he goes to anyone else he could go on to be better than dare i say it John Terry...Harry get him

Im not sure if this is in the right thread now sadly rebrab

Any good on the ball? Cultured or just a giver to a deep lying midfielder?
