I would swap keane for lennon in that formation as lennon works best as an out and out right winger using his pace, he isnt the best technically and when he comes inside his pace can be nullified meaning his strengths are not being played to and therefore becomes a passenger. with berbatov holding the ball up and dropping it off for the forward runs of keane, modric, dos santos et al would be brilliant

Lennon-if you remember the FA cup tie at Stamford Bridge played ACM and ripped Chelski apart.. he also played that Role against Charlton at the Lane and was superb, he can definitely play in a 4-2-3-1.

Technically (IMO) Lennon is good-rarely gives the ball away has tremendously quick feet and close control when dribbling. He just needs to improve delivery and his goal ratio...than we have a world class player.

People are automatically suggesting at 19yrs (GDS) and after watching him score a hatrick in a meaningless game for Barca Dos Santos is more advanced in development.

Lennon's second half performance at Wembley against Chelski, Lennon's performance against Arsenal 5-1 and many others, IMO suggest he shouldn't be written off so quickly.

4-2-3-1  the numbers are right but in the wrong order

*juggles the numbers like an Anderson Consulting accountant

4-3-1-2 ...aha much better.

Discaliamer: Relies on the Scottish Cafu and Welsh Roberto Carlos to press forward and run back, and press forward, and run back for 90 mins.
