I stayed up to watch the Canada-US game despite having a 9am lecture the next day. It was only after the game had finished and I had crawled into bed that I remembered I have Sky+. :-|

Canada have been a huge let down so far. They've made the same mistake the US does with its basketball squad. I hope Brodeur was taken out and shot after that performance. Fleury or more likely Luongo have to start the next match.

As for the women's hockey zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. I can see why there is talk of it getting scrapped from the Games. Every game before the US-Canada final has been a case of 'by how much can the US or Canada win by'. 9-1, 18-0, etc., aren't interesting to watch unless you're Canadian or American.

The ladies figure skating was good. One dance involved a woman in a short dress dancing to the James Bond theme tune, surely every man's dream?

Everytime i get chance to watch it it's bloody figure skating or blinking sledges. I can't believe i've seen no snowboarding whatsoever yet. Quite frustrating really. The only other thing i've seen is curling :lol:

Yea, both the British women and especially the men shot themselves in the foot. The men should've beaten Switzerland, Norway and Sweden in the play-off but blew it on the final couple of stones.

Vancouver kicked off last night so i cant wait until tomorrow. In a bar by 11am...watch the game and then the closing ceremony and then hit the streets. P A R T Y!!!
