Why not?

I doubt its true. But all he needed to say was "yes".
The rest will be down to clubs and agents. But he may have agreed verbally.

I doubt this is true considering the source. Is this not tapping up? I was under the impression, that legally, there could only be talks after the clubs agree?

If they are willing to pay the 100m that Levy will require he will go. More likely they will wait a year and get him for nothing.

Clubs speak to agents all the time, it's nothing new.

It could be a simple What's App convo...my client demands £300k a week, yeah we can agree to that blah blah.
