Our physios do need some work now that King's close to retirement and Woodgate's left.

He's a bit injury prone but if he's on the cheap (which considering the situation I imagine he will be) it'll be worth it - PROVIDED we sign someone else too.

Diego Lopez would be an immense signing, I've seen him a lot, he truly is a combo of Gomes's great saves and Friedel's consistency. He's also tall and physical, deals well with crosses, he would be great for the Premier League. There's no way Villarreal can drag him down to the Segunda, so he will go. I really really hope we sign him, shouldn't be more than 8M.

Trust me when I say this would be one of the signings of the season, rather than spend 20M chasing Vorm or Krul.

This guy leaks class.

Borja Valero is a talented player as well, actually if Modric leaves he could be a replacement.

Still think Rossi is worth a punt on. Remember Ba this season.

i agree , i rate nilmar very highly, great player very quick and a good finisher , would get him on the cheap .

His overall strike rate is 1/3, last season it was 1/7 and he was a failure in France - a league that is more similar to the EPL than La Liga.
