Maybe it was for that 70 yard cross field pass across the pitch yesterday. Think it was meant for Daws but ended up at Verts feet on the left wing. Perhaps someone who knows how, can find and post it!

It was paper talk, but the last time he signed a new contract (I think it was when he won YPOTY) Madrid were apparently keeping tabs on him / were interested in him.
