The sign of true champions is playing bad and still winning. We were nowhere near our best today and Watford played like a dirty championship side desperate to upset the odds and yet we still managed to take home all 3 points, Great result.

Crucial 3 points, we can watch Leicester-City match comfortably now, it's kinda of a win-win depending on our ambitions. We still lack that killer instinct and age of the squad is showing, we are not in a position where Pochettino can say "It's Watford lads" and players will go on and win a match. But we definitely 100% are a top 4 side.

Also I think Ighalo showed in this match why I like him (I know his whining and use of arms is annoying), fantastic striker.

Thought lamela played well and lloris was good. Rose was just terrible imo. Rest were average. Must give kane some credit he battled away up top

I know there are more games to come today but it's been a long time since we have the highest goal difference at this stage of the season.

Glad that's over. Thank god we don't have to play that disgusting team on that disgraceful pitch for another year at least. Will be a different game at the lane. Ighalo impressed me - built for the BPL, but their tactics are Sunday league.

Lucky to leave without more injuries.

Glad I didn't watch that, but massive result especially with another tough game on Sunday.

Sometimes you just have to find a way to win when you play shit.

  • Hugo saves a goal that was the most goaly non goal thats ever been not goaled.
  • Son manages to score a backheeled, volley, nutmeg despite being offside twice.
  • Watford sign a forward who appears to be a member of the Nigerian Avengers and it takes a desperate challenge from Dier to save a 92nd minute equalizer for the 10 men side.
Football is mad.

Great win, but you can see how we lost our way after Carroll came off. Totally controlled the tempo of the game.

3 points was absolutely vital no matter the performance. With the pressure on against 10 men and potential to go 3rd, we may have blew that and drew previously. Not today. Massive win. Huge win. 3 points off Leicester, 1 point behind Arsenal.
