Very impressive. Watford are playing into our hands but we've been composed and fairly clinical. Trippier giving so much ammo and the dual threat of Dier/Toby passing from the back gets them jittery. Alli been on his game too

Wow. Watford are shocking. I thought early on we were playing too many long balls, but we're stroking it around very nicely indeed.

I do think 3 at the back with the full backs pushed up even further suits us well.

Our system seems so fluid today. Players popping up all over the place, and in a good way not a "what's Walker doing on the left wing?" Way.

Yeah, this is the thing I notice. I'm having trouble telling what position several of our players are playing in. In a good way, obviously.

Tbf we'd perform like that every week if teams gave us as much time and space. Watford are still pissed by the looks of it. We do have a swag about us today though and players looked up for it from the off and we have shown a good deal of REAL quality today.

Very good for confidence pre-chelsea and a brilliantly positive start to the New Year.

I thought this was going to be a very tricky assignment.

Injuries have been accumulating for them but the type of team that you can demoralise fairly quickly - perfect fixture for us as preparation for Chelsea.

Excellent half. Brilliant play from Trips. Such a good back up to Walker.

This is lovely to watch. Real fluidity to the team. For all the criticism aimed at the team and balance earlier this season, these last few games have shown that form to key players is more important than team selection (and particularly the midfield pair). If Eriksen Kane and Alli are playing well then we don't struggle to create.

That said, the 'Chelsea rent boys' will be a different proposition on Wednesday...

If you look at all the players we have shipped out in the MP reign not many are playing with teams in the top half or covered themselves in glory at their new clubs.

Siggy is the only one I miss tbh think he would be good in a pochettino team

This would be a good game for Janssen to come on earlyish, with Son not outstanding at all and every chance he would get a confidence-booster.

To be fair the way Watford is set up doesn't hurt.. They are set up to try and play against us with 2 strikers and we are getting all the space to do what we want.
