he wasnt the greatest but he certainly wasnt the worst. i wonder why his career has taken such a strange turn for the worse.

He's a bit of a character! He wouldn't stay at one club and just kept on moving around, he had the talent but not the mentality to become a top player.

I thought this lad had a chance, so much so, in my younger, more foolish days, i brought the purple away shirt 03/04 with his name on! Rumours about some of his extra-curricular activities may have contributed to his fall from grace, or maybe he's just one of life's nomads? Remember the goal against Villa well

It's hard to believe this was just eight years ago, so many things have changed for the better at Spurs.

He certainly wasn't the worst but is a sign of how far we've come.

During the Graham era we played a lot of youngsters who blatantly weren't going to make it. Now we've got youngsters considerably better than Ricketts who'll almost never kick a ball for us.

Johnnie Jackson...what a prick! Slow fuck! Glad he never made it!

Ricketts had great promise wish he had kept his head down and worked. 10 clubs in 10 years he said on Soccer AM...he only joined Shamrock in August!
