been online stuck at the same point all morning . cant get through on the phone either. rubbish being a season ticket holder I waited so I could group book with my brother as well

phoned in instead. after 5 times of trying I got through.

Looking at my browser it is still stuck. Try the phone instead. it will work

Had three tickets in my basket, entered payment detials, got as far as confirmation screen and got a message saying "you have three minutes to complete your order" with the egg timer spinning, counting down from three minutes. Crashed. Tried again. Same thing. Tried a third time and it said "you've run out of time to complete the order, your tickets have been released". So I get nothing, and thrown out to the back of the queue.

Managed to get two in Block 130, but hopefully this fiasco makes them realise that they still need to upgrade their ticketing system to cope with demand for the big games even when we move to Wembley and then the new stadium.

Absolutely ridiculous, got through online, ticket in my basket but the system was so slow processing the payment it timed out and released my ticket, now i'm at the back of the queue again

Anyone know if you're buying for more than one member, and they are in your network on your account, if you'll need their client reference numbers still when trying through the phone? Or can they just see them through your account?

I managed to book all 5 with just the names as they are already in my network, but I had the numbers to hand just in case!!

And the club really need to stop blaming people for having multiple browsers open. If they operated it properly with a queue there'd be no need and people wouldn't do it. It only happens because the time you get in is essentially random and that's nobody's fault but the club.
