Eventually got 2 tickets in block 530 not ideal, but at least I got some after 135 calls and 3 hours on the doughnut roundabout. Can confirm the new blocks allocated are £150. I wrote an email to baldy last night complaining about the system and how unfair it was to long serving fans like myself ( 53 years) and those that have gone regularly to Europa games and the like. I also complained about the fact a number of "fans" will have bought memberships in the last few days/weeks just to get tickets and I noticed today they have changed the recorded message stating to say that those recent membership holders may have to wait before being allocated tickets.

Reading this makes me grateful I'm a ST holder and was able to purchase my tickets a couple of weeks ago. Although on reflection I think Block 125 row 15 might be a bit close as I thought there were only 30 rows in each block and wasn't actually able to select individual seats for some reason (just had to guess basically and see if it was available ).

Still glad I didn't have to go through the dreaded internet doughnut of death or phone calls.

I think after ST holders they should definitely have released tickets to members on a loyalty bonus basis. There is no perfect way but priority should go to those that have coughed up and spent their time and money following the team in the past. It's the fairest way.

I'm wondering if the system broke yesterday afternoon?

I went on at about 9.50am yesterday (onsale at 10am), queued for 20 mins and got nice seats in the lower tier- row 40 in the corner. Fantastic view, end of row for quick escape at final whistle, good view from row 40, next to the singing area (all main singing area seats snapped up by ST holders), £80 for three games.

This isn't some kind of boast btw, just surprised that folks found it so tough.

It didn't seem so bad in the morning, I got on in about 30 minutes too. But I guess it was just pot luck and those who didn't were then still in the queue as more people who planned to do it after the initial run turned up, at which stage the system completely lost it.

I was online early-ish and refreshed about 9.40 - I had my ticket in Block 130 for my Dad confirmed at 10.10. Just lucky I guess.

i went on at 9.45, was still waiting at 12.40 when i got through on the phone after repeated attempts

surely this has got to be sorted by next season, we cant be expected to do the lottery next season at wembley!!!!
if spurs are so pathetic at ticketing couldnt levy have got wembley to handle sales - no one else could have got it worse?

Very. I was on before you and due to various crashes and resets I didn't get mine until 6pm.

ok but if ticketmaster can handle other similar sized events and sell out in 45 minutes, then surely the deal needs to be looked at - are they not allocating enough resources to spurs?
