You just know other teams fans will be saying "cheap tickets because they know they won't fill it". Wankers, but fuck'em.
Won't there be a limit on the capacity for those Wembley games? I'm sure I read somewhere that the top tier will be off limits, because they have a limit on the number of events where they allow the stadium's maximum capacity.Record home attendance for an English club - currently 84,467. Prepare to create history everyone...
Fuck them. How many teams could sell out Wembley on a weeknight? You just know other teams fans will be saying "cheap tickets because they know they won't fill it". Wankers, but fuck'em.

We are delighted to confirm that we shall be opening the full stadium capacity for all of our Champions League fixtures next season.Won't there be a limit on the capacity for those Wembley games? Do we think any ties will be played before the 8th of September?? I'm on holiday till then and don't want to miss out
I think this bodes well for prices when the new Stadium opens, Levy could've ripped us a new one for prices with it being CL but instead made them priced perfectly for all fans, shows he's not just looking at the bottomline.

I was just thinking that but let's wait and see, I'm still expecting my season ticket to be more expensive in the new stadium.
Can't argue with what they've done here through. Really good by the club.
How did you know???Chill, I called them and UEFA said they'd work around your holiday in Benidorm.
ThanksNo. I think the group games start the following week.
I think given it's 3 games of CL, the potential for getting reamed with prices was very high, so because the prices are what they are I honestly believe Levy wants full attendances over big profit bottomline prices. So with increased capacity in the new stadium, prices outside of corporates will drop, no idea by how much but this proves to me that Levy won't try and rinse us for every cent we have.
