hi winchy thanx for that- so you reckon best tickets are the £49 ones?

TBH if I'd have got to one of the last 2 finals I wouldn't bother with this - but as a non-season tkt holder - it's my only realistic chance to see spurs at the new wembley

Ye same, i dont care that its a friendly, i wanna pay 10 quid or whatever for a burger damit!

The New Wembley is an immense stadium. Everything about it is amazing.

DC Boy I would definatly recommend the Lower Tier tickets. Upper Tier front row was great but you just don't get that same feeling of being part of the atmosphere up there where as the Lower Tier just pissed all over that experience.

Thanx winchy - have some rep for the tip :) - whoops apparently have repped you too much recently :)

and hi chris :) - while I won't judge new wembley till I get there - fact is it is the Mecca of english football - and probably world football TBH

as a Spurs fan I didn't feel my life complete till saw spurs at the old wembley

now the new Wembley, while not so pressing for me, is still a must do where Spurs are involved

of course it will be nothing like a final but it's probably my best shot at getting there to see Spurs

The fact it looks like an airport, the fact that everything looks exactly the same 200 times over, the fact your over 20 meters from the pitch, even in the front row, the fact that the food is about double the price of any other comparable stadium, the fact you can't stand up for more than a few seconds without being kicked out, the fact that it takes absolutely hours to get away from or the fact it's extremely expensive?

I was impressed with the toilet facilities tho, and the amount of space in the concorse was perfect, enough that it was full, but didn't feel overcrowded

Presumably with all four sets of fans being in the stadium at the same time there will be no segregation and everyone will be sat together, just got to hope you don't get put in amongst a big group of lashed up Celtic fans.

Have a bite to eat before and after the game, should keep you going for a fraction of the cost. I stood for all of both finals. I live near Wembley. £12.50 each for 4 games?

:)

I know its wembley's doing and not spurs but how do you justify the same cost as an england international?

Need to get with the times mate ;)

Do I want to walk up 20 sets of steps or get a nice escelator up to the top tier! The escelator wins every time!

The food isn't as dear as people make out, it's just London Prices. How much is a burger and chips inside White Hart Lane? It was £6 at Wembley I believe? £3.50 for an almost pint of beer inside Wembley in a plastic glass.

Toilets are massive with enough room to have a shit and take 3 mates in to talk about the first half etc!

Wembley is the future of stadiums, yes it should have been closer to the pitch and that is it's only downfall, everything else about the place is just superb.

Can't see it mate, surely there will have to be some segregation. Saying that, when I went out to Feyenoord most the time spent in bars was spent chatting to Celtic fans trying to understand their drunk Scottish accents! There should be no problems between fans!

Just read on the Aldershot Town FC site that we'll be playing a friendly against them, but only a 'Tottenham XI'

Wednesday 22nd July: Home vs Tottenham Hotspur XI, kick off 7.45pm.

Yeah the Spurs XI usually play Cambridge City... tis usually quite an eclectic mix of the youth team, the reserves, fringe players, and a couple of random big names...
