I want to change my tickets to a cheaper option but I can't ring and cancel my current reservation as I'm working. If I don't pay by 5 they will cancel automatically but after that does anyone know if I will be able to get season tickets in a different block after that cancels?
probably, as they just opened window 6, so maybe you can buy in this window

Think of all those sweaty overweight girls on those seats this weekend, hope they survive.

sales are now going to members who are over 40k in the waiting list
Where did you get this information from, and when does this window open? As I say, I'm about 42k and haven't had an email and it won't let me access it on the website.

i was still in 2 minds due to finances. I entered my card details and was one click away to proceed. Then work got in the way and when I went back it said your reservation is no longer available

I started shaking a little thinking I missed out which was a sign that I needed to get one at all costs which is what i did...

Anyone in the 40k's managed to get one yet?

I'm still a smidgen confused as to where they're up to. I thought the window up to 40k closed last night at 12am, however it's saying its still running til Monday.

I would call them, but I don't think I have an hour to spare to sit on hold. :p

Quick screenshot of the tickets still available. I'd estimate there's still at least 4-5k up for grabs.

I purchased my season ticket in window 3 as I was around 11,000 on the list. When I emailed the ticket office at the time, I asked how many season ticket seats will be available to choose from for the 18,465 that will be allocated one as I wanted to know if I would be left with the expensive ones.. turns out it wasn't the case! they replied, "Approx. 25,000 seats will be released for sale within Window 1; seats will be sold on a first come first served basis, seats will be available within all price categories that were available to existing season ticket holders, subject to availability."

Based on that, it looks like 25k seats were made available to choose from on the plan from the off. That might mean 6.5k seats remain on the plan after the 18.5k take up? Who knows!

Hi mate, yes you can do that, I called up the office after my dad had booked the wrong seats he ended up going for the 1400 pounds each ones, the shades of colour really don't help should be a lot clearer and also the 0 price at the end of it too.

Anyways give them a call I was on hold for nearly 2 hours but they were more than accommodating and I changed it to the green section.
Thanks dude. Just waiting on the phone now:cool:

There is a phase 4 which are season tickets at Wembley that won't be renewable. That might about for the difference between 18k and 25k. Pretty optimistic given the phase 3 take up rates.

I've always said that the whole 60k ST waiting list was a bit of a myth. Lots of bronze members were never gonna take up a season ticket when offered one and only really wanted the priority that the bronze membership gave for purchasing game tickets.

however this is only a temporary situation ; the churn rate of about 600 will be back next season, an next season it could be tighter than that

How are you getting that up Luka? I can't see this on our website or Wembleys

Can you post a link?
Its the phase 3 season ticket sales on our website:

https://www.eticketing.co.uk/tottenhamhotspur/

As long as you're eligible you should be able to click on it to pick your season ticket, this is the view under "choose your seat" and you need to have Flash enabled which most browsers disable by default now in order to see it. That way you can select your exact seat, rather than select a block and be randomly assigned a seat in that block.
