I realise it's a pain for a lot of people to get in and out of Wembley but the Lane isn't much better for a lot of people either.

I can be home in 20mins from WHL if I leave before the whistle. Obviously it'll always take some people a while to get home whatever stadium we're talking about but at Wembley the time to get into the station is crazy. It took some people until midnight just to get on a train!

If it only takes 20 minutes to get home why would you leave before the end of the game?

I know being a North London club a lot of people will live fairly close likes yourself but quite a few don't as well.

For people who don't like to leave before the whistle the choice is 15-20 minute walk to Seven Sisters or similar queue time at WHL currently. How much longer does it take to get up Wembley Way?

Hey guys delete this if it's not allowed . But would these be real tickets ? I have purchased them through a resale website . Do we even do paper tickets anymore ?
no idea, they look ok, but barcodes can be copied quite easily so i don't think posting here is very wise mate.

I commented during the Real/Athletico match how when Real scored, half the 'fans' didn't even stand up to celebrate...most were just tourists trying to film Ronaldo on their phones, and the contrast between that and the scenes when we scored against Arsenal on Sunday....my point being i agree with @Bobbins, that's the sort of fan clubs are after now, dropping £100 in the club shop before the match, buying every souvenir that the children of China can churn out.
Also it's a sad reality that there will probably never be another NLD with that kind of atmosphere again :(
I was in the Anfield Road end at Lollerpool in Feb (with my scouse supporting nephew) surrounded by red scarves but in the row in front of us were 4 Malaysians I would guess each with a bag full of merchandise, wearing scarves and hats and they stood and did the YNWA shite waving their scarves as I sat there singing COYS under me breath, they took selfies as the goals went in (sighs) left at half time and never came back. Outside the ground before the game were tons of tourists mainly from Asia and Scandinavia. A glimpse of things to come for NWHL?

There has already been an increase in Asian fans on match day due to Son. And there has been a large number of Norwegian fans that attend for as long as I can remember!

The new stadium will most likely attract more tourists. Which is not a bad thing if we want our global brand to build, leading to more revenue etc. Hopefully the core fanbase will be located in the single tier and will still generate a great atmosphere.

I think what will happen is that season tickets will be offered to the top of the list until they hit the 18,000 new season ticket holders they are willing to take. So if you're no.1 but reject a ticket, tickets will be offered to the next 18,000 on the list. If you reject the ticket, you won't be bumped down the list. You'll remain in the same place for next season (I expect), but the issue then is whether there will be any more tickets made available.

I agree. That's pretty much what I was trying to say, although not very well.

It only takes 20mins to get home if you leave before the whistle. If you take your time it can take an hour or more. So missing a few minutes of the match to save 40 is a good deal if we're two goals up and strolling towards a victory

I never leave before the final whistle at WHL as I drive home.

At Wembley though I expect we will see thousands doing it, me included.

Monaco was a joke but switched to Central after Levekusen and it was fine.

Night games will be a chore but afternoon kick offs less so.

Anyway, it's only a season and I think the premier games should sell really well, just worry a bit about what levy has done on pricing.

Surely the renewals will go out today since it's the last working day of the week and they said we'd get them this week?!

That's not too bad for someone living in hampshire. I live in North London and didn't get home midnight and I left before the final whistle.

Ha, I left after the final whistle, jubilee line down to Waterloo, overground to Basingstoke, then drove to Andover.

Anybody got their email yet? This is beginning to fuck me off. Will need to decide if I'm accepting the seat they offer in a week and I can't figure out the money side until I know what fucking seat they are offering and at what cost!
