According to his wife he's not getting into the Inter team because he's refusing to sign a new contract on reduced salary - while the club claim he's injured. Either way, he's on around £150 000 a week. Not an amount I can see Levy wanting to match. PS Germain are said to be sniffing around and even already agree terms with him. However, in September he said he's got no plans to leave the club before his contract expires in 2015. So who knows.
Wouldn't mind him at Spurs but he's not the same player he was in the season Inter won the CL so won't lose any sleep over this.

I thought that him and Rafa didn't get on because it was one or the other for the national side....

Pastore has not been the hit they had hoped for and Lucas Moura is most probably to young yet to carry to burden of running their midfield

`I guess that's why it's called a rumour.
Not just according to his wife, but the truth. Sneijder signed an improved contract last season, but Inter have asked him to extend with 1 more year and want to spread the money what he was owed in those 4 years instead of the 3. So basicly they asked him to play for free in his remaining year of his contract.
He's definitely moving this winter, but not to PSG since Ancelotti had already ruled it out. Sneijder is still the best player for Oranje whenever he plays, so he hasn't lost his touch (RVP is awful for the NT and Robben is always injured).
