Anything can happen but come on...................really??? If you think about the wages this guy can command! We won't pay anywhere near that IMO. We were always close to signing players but they end up at Chelsea or Man City. I really don't think a player of his caliber would be on the bench at any of those clubs and he will get the wages he wants too

I'm more than happy to be wrong but I'm also worried that some of my Spurs bredrins are climbing a steep rumor mountain here and the higher they climb the more damage will occur when they fall. I think fazza is still on medication after the Arshavin rumor

He was actually a prospect at that age, he just never improved past that level once on a decent salary and got ever more injury prone.

VdV loved playing for Spurs. Best connection with Spurs fans that I've seen with a foreign player since Klinsmann perhaps. He'd sell us in moments to his good friend. A big thing for a player who has already earned 10's of millions.
