Agreed. They've done that for bigger matches before. Got a call offering me a ticket on the Friday night before the cup final back in 2008...

Be careful when checking your new loyalty points. When I log in and click on my name , the screen shows me one number for my loyalty points. When I go into the Buy Tickets area and click on Loyalty Points, I see a considerably lower number. I suspect that this is the updated total - not very clever by the Ticket Office

Whenever I go into the but ticket section I'm getting a time out error so can't actually confirm if my totals are the same
I have no idea if I have a ticket for West Ham or not - one number is over the required loyalty points and one is under. Against the lower number in My Account, when I look at the history there is no negative adjustment that would give the lower number, so i am hoping that the higher is the correct one. You would have thought that they could provide clear and accurate info for something like this

That was the position I was in a fee seasons ago when the stats table wasn't updating consistently and you're still in limbo awaiting the email. Fingers crossed for you!
I've just managed to access and I too have a difference but only by 60 so looks like I'm still at the 300 mark.
I think this current lot is the worst pikey side I've seen since the last time they got relegated. No strikers of any quality, a pethetic midfield and a well dodgy defence. Andy Carroll, their great white hope and most expensive purchase is crocked again for four months, the scum player they brought in on loan only a few days ago, has done his hamstring and the Columbian World Cup player they bought is nowhere near match fit and hasn't even trained with them yet.
They beat Shalke away during the week in some mickey mouse tournament but the way they did it was a bloody disgrace. They parked the team bus in front of the goal and then they brought the aeroplane they arrived in, in front of it.
Their crowd hate Big Fat Sam and want him sacked ASAP. The whole place is a beautiful and shambolic mess.
If there really is a God in heaven, he will make it so this sorry shower of shit will soon be playing in the Olympic stadium in front of about 9,000 people against clubs like S****horpe, and it couldn't hapen to a more deserving bunch of people.

Looking at what some of the other guys have said and what I was told by the ticket office, I would assume we were all told valid information but it wasnt explained to us correctly.
Therefore, what I've made of the info several of us were told, is that when they said there would be an announcement yesterday, that was correct in that the confirmation was advised of loyalty points so atleast those who've applied should be in the position of knowing they are pretty certain to have or have not got a ticket.
When I called I actually asked the question of "when will I get the official confirmation email advising if I was successful or not" and was told that would be within 2-3 days. Therefore, I'd guess we will hopefully receive the email by tomorrow (Weds) and if not Thursday by the absolute latest....well, maybe anyway!?

Just had the email to confirm I'm in the 207+ bracket 
After witnessing 2 of the 3 defeats v Wet Spam last season, I can't see us repeating that bad spell so can't wait to see Poch's first league game for us!
