the last time it went off was in the 2nd division
it was hyped from the start of the season.... at the time they had "harry the dog"treatment, f'troop etc etc...we'd just been relegated & we where giving it back big time
remember going to the den that day...
got to london brigde stn with about 4/500 others.. all game boys:whistle:.. got to new cross stn and there was plod every 2 yards on the walk to the ground ... in the ground we tried to get at them...smashing down a fence & attacking thier main stand.
afterwards as we came out of ilderton road we where met with bricks, bottles, pipes etc!!!... we stood our ground & then went at them...police pushed us down old kent road towards the elephant!!... they let us go & around 150/200 seperated & ran amok along old kent road attacking a couple of pubs...we where walked all the way back to london bridge by the police

the days of mass "offs" between large groups are well gone... the police have it all well covered nowadays with intellegence & cctv.. they know who the main players are & most of the time & penalties for "aggro" at football matche's is severe to say the least!!.
T'was a boxing day as I recall.
In the pre internet days people were handing leaflets "meet at London Bridge London Pride is at stake" or something similar. We got to the Halfway Line that day as i recall.

Almost right. It was one of ours against Man U at the bottom of the escalator in a struggle against the cockney reds.

Ok, thanks for putting me right. Do you recall anything about a Leeds fan at the Lane.

We lost a fan in Brussels as I recall before the 84 UEFA Cup final?

Right on both counts^^^^.
The Leeds thing was a horrible accident, wouldn't wish it on anybody I think one of ours did a few years for manslaughter I suppose if people fight these things can happen.

Ha ha, reading this reminds me of the storys my old man talks about.

Chased around Pompey, going on the attack at grounds.

Mind, he is now 50 and still scrapping away, the idiot.

My dad told me he was on a train once with lots of Millwall back in the day, him and the guys he was with were keeping quiet and trying to hide the fact that they were yids, then some idiot started chanting spurs songs. Said he barely made it out of there alive! lol

Yeah i was there. got chased back in the ground. some yiddo got macheted that day!

I was there with my dad and sister. My sis was playing for Millwall Ladies at the time and got us free tickets. I hadn't realised the tickets were in the main stand (which was predominantly Millwall fans). So I turned up in my Spurs shirt.

It was a nightmare. I could hear the blokes behind me saying threatening stuff. Then they started kicking me through the gap in the back of my seat. Then Taricco put in some typically ham-fisted challenge and it all kicked off. Everyone stood up. The people around us just turned on me and my family - it was vile: spitting, kicking, punching. Amazingly, it was a young female Millwall supporter who stepped in and said, "Leave it." We had to get out of the ground pretty quick, though, as you can imagine.

And ever since then I've always looked out for the Millwall scores. I get almost as much satisfaction from them losing as I do the Woolwich Wanderers.

Apparently West Ham and Millwall agreed 3000 tickets for the wall supporters but the police have halved that, im already hearing Millwall fans getting tickets in the home end.... odear

Old bill have limited the pikeys to 1500, and have made West Ham close off the Brooking upper (above the away section). Seems they're doing their level best to increase the number of Millwall wandering aimlessly around the east end, smashing stuff up as they go.
