where was this article about wage structure etc ?

It wasn't, there was just a litte reference to it...or suggestion if you like when Harry was asked about the prospect of Jose taking over from him at Spurs...ie he wouldn't want to come with those sort of restrictions...

Best draw I could have hoped for. Its about making a name for ourselves on a global scale and this will surely do it.

Perform well and we can expect some superstar signings come the summer. Then the Premiership can be ours!

Great drawer, everything good except we still wont be able to see our beloved Spurs play in our full white strip at Real Madrid. I hope its yellow and not that sickly pale blue!!

OK glass half empty time .

Anything can happen in football...but look , we ain't gonna win the Champions League .

We still have a chance of making 4th in the Prem .

Everyone, us/players/staff is excited about the RM match...everyone has it on their mind...

...few are focussing on the grittier Prem teams we really need to beat .

Will our players really turn up for the Prem matches around the RM game ?

UNLIKELY

Its understandable...but emotions are taking over now ,the logic of the Prem priority is dissipating .

Our CL fantasy is going to do us ..er...real Harm .

I couldn't have asked for a better champions league campaign. Spurs play Milan, Inter, Real Madrid and go further then Arsenal.

I would say the neutral fan will be cheering on Real as they will want a clasico semi final so we'll be the unpopular underdog. Bit of a rarity for an underdog.

I hate that pale blue as well, never understand why we don't play in navy blue, our proper shade of blue.

We haven't got a yellow kit this season, its either going to be our away kit (Sky Blue) or 3rd kit (Navy Blue).

But that is an inference the journo has added. Aitch could just as likely be hinting at Dan Levy's hands-on approach (especially to player purchases) being anathema to Mourinho, who likes to be in total control of the team.

We never seem to wear it though?

Our kits should be, 1: white, 2: navy and 3: yellow, no sky blue at all, we aren't coventry

But that's like saying we're not Swansea, Southend and Villarreal just because of the colour of the kits.

I do think that Navy makes a better away kit though.

Like somebody else has said, the other colours could be attributed to other teams like you have done with Coventry.

We will always have away and 3rd kits mixed up with 2 out of sky blue, navy blue and yellow.

Would play Thudd in holding role so he can slot into defence when needed

Gomes
Corluka Gallas Woodgate Ekotto
Huddlestone
Lennon Modric Sandro Bale
Van Der Vaart

The flights to Madrid before the dates were confirmed = £33.
The flights to Madrid as soon as the dates were confirmed = £300.

an omen that we haven't been a big team for a very long time!

Why would you play Huddlestone deeper than Sandro? Sandro is born to be a defensive holding midfielder and he only really breaks out when we have so much possession or we are really searching for a goal. I expect if we play Huddlestone as well he will be fairly deep particularly in Madrid but he will be the more likely of the two to step up and try to be creative.
