What do we think of Poch?

Poch has been good but I think he could do a lot better with his use of subs and in-game tactics. We were repeatedly exposed on our left all game today and a solution never arrived. His subs are sometimes baffling and counterproductive too.

Bad game for Poch tonight - it was AVBesque naivety to think so many players were able to play another game three days after such a high intensity game as it was at the weekend. Rose and Walker in particular looked dead on their feet and made mental errors, and while Mason and Bentaleb represent the future, it could have done with an older head in there against Liverpool.

It was bad luck to get two such tough games on top of each other, but he compounded it by not making more use of the squad - hopefully it's something he learns from.

Very good signs for me by Poch. Everyone can say now he should have rotated, but honestly he has a lot of shit in the squad who don't get or don't want to get his style. I blame him for not having Stambouli on the bench, but most likely wouldnt be the answer either.

He got us so much more good memories already than many managers before. Cup final, West Ham away, CHelsea+Arsenal at home, the rise of Kane, Bentaleb and maybe Dier and Mason. I like what I am seeing, he will make mistakes again but we are heading in a great direction if we can sort the shit out of the squad in the summer and give him what he needs.
