""Great result for Spurs. Chelsea were utterly toothless. In the context of the title race we have learned that Chelsea are not infallible and that Spurs are in with a chance of qualifying for the Champions League again.""

They are so deluded. lol And every season they talk as if they've been a top 4 team since when and not the 6th/7th aslo rans they've been for the last however many years.

They really are fucking idiots.

From RAWK, arrogance and delusion abound.

""Great result for Spurs. Chelsea were utterly toothless. In the context of the title race we have learned that Chelsea are not infallible and that Spurs are in with a chance of qualifying for the Champions League again.""

So Chelsea are still considered title contenders but are infallible but we are just in with a chance or top four? Does he not realise we are two points behind his side? Who have finished below us for 6 out of the last 7 seasons?

I love how these Liverpool supporters suddenly think we are just "in with a chance" like they have been champions league regular for years on end LOL, they are fucking delusional.

THEY are in with a chance and as far as I am concerned, less of a chance than us.

The entire thread is full of idiots suggesting that tonight we have basically won them the league, they aren't concerned with us because we are "spurs" you know, just spurs that have finished above you for years and years...

I dont think alot of Pool fans are aware that we have finished above them for 6/7 seasons I said that to my brother In law over Xmas and he had no idea.

There are plaudits on KUMB too...

Caravan of love, if you will.

"The speed of it all, the fleet of foot, the quick thinking, the accuracy of the passing and movement on and off the ball is fantastic. I hate to say it, but I'm actually begining to quite enjoy watching this Tottenham team."

"Dele Alli really is the best English talent in the league right now."

"Tbf to Spurs, they do love to attack. 2-0 up and Dier, one of their CBs, pops up in the opposition penalty area."

We played so well that we even made one of them forget their fabricated rivalry with us and make his first step towards re-joining the human race...

"I realised during the match just how much more I hate Chelsea than Spurs."

That was too much for some of the old guard, though. But, even then, the backlash had a back-handed compliment contained in it...

"Some of the noshing off on here of the scum is bile inducing. They're as rancid as Arsenal, even if their support isn't."

My favourite comment, though, came from the poster who answered the question as to why West Ham couldn't play to the standard of the teams in this game and said...

"We'll we've beaten Chelsea and for 85 mins beaten Tottenham, so we can!"

:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

That's because they're the ****ishness of ****s. I can't wait to finish above those ****s. Nothing would give me greater satisfaction than winning the league ahead of them. Actually maybe shitting on their heads would be good too.

Jizzing all over them would be up there too.

The Shit End forum: Before, during and after

They're are a very very good team but I feel we're just a little bit better than them and could nick it. Only thing I worry is the thuggery from their players towards Hazard. Wouldn't surprise me if they're instructed to injure him and we also need to watch our behavior as we don't a brawl and points deduction hanging over us.

Must be very difficult being a Spurs fan though, there's barely a likeable player in their whole squad. A real nasty streak about a few of them, and they're hilariously petulant when it doesn't go their way.

Tottenham are f**king sh*t. So is that bottle job Arsenal supporting c**t Kane. f**k em.

We need to go there and stomp all over their puny cockerel, i aint forgot their nine bookings and no just punishment, so f**k the Totteringham....

Very importantly, win, lose or draw conte MUST ensure our players do not get involved in ANYTHING that could be seen as a failure to control our players. I have little doubt that the nasty trash Spurs have in their defence will not only be trying to end our winning run, but get points deducted off us too. I am sure they will be allowed to get away with any number of fouls with few bookings while we get the expected red card.

Motivation should be there, breaking record by beating spurs? I think we'll be up for it.. Have to say the fixture have been kind for us, we are the only side who have 4+3 days rest in between the 3 games within 1 week.. mu, city & liverpool will play again tomorrow despite having played just yesterday so the FA can be pretty sweet at times..

Think the extra rest will help us as Spurs play a high intensity game so it will be interesting to see how they do after 60 mins.

Game at three point lane? Easy. Win number 14 is as good as ours.

This will be a cup final for sp*rs, a bit like the game for us at the bridge last may...while I obviously hope we get record 14th straight win in a single season, I'd be happy with a point

One thing for sure is that they are mentally weak and inferior to us in every department. Hopefully the players are pumped up and we ruin them. Can't wait to hear old ball bag face and ball bag face junior post match meltdown.

Unfortunately max I can expect is a draw here because Spurs will treat this as a CL final.

Wednesday will be The Spuds Cup Final their biggest game of the season, for us it's just another game against a small deluded club with no history Will be tough, It would be great to win at our last game 3 point lane and shut their gobby brain dead rascit fans up.

we all know Spurs win resort to their dirty trick trying to kick the sh*t out of us,its in their history they always do it,we must stay calm I'm going for a 1-2 victory COYB

Up the Chels! Lots of players that hate Tottenham in the squad and JT will remind them of the bad blood between us. Im confident of a convincing victory. They are sh*t and lack the quality to match us.

Can't shake the feeling Spuds are going to be the team to stop us tonight. Hurts just thinking about it but just got that feeling.(y)

If Spurs played the Taliban I'd root for the Taliban...Cmon you Blues

Kick Off

Hate Vertonghen (the feeling is mutual)

Man, this is straight up physical game. Just like what Costa wants!

Jelly Ali going down again, diving runt ! (don't worry he'll be staying up later) :D

Tough tough game this

We are really suffering here.

it's a carbon copy of the game at the bridge so far, we can't get the ball

Costa furious over Pedro. Man this is not a good sight to see.

Costa is getting assaulted every time he touches the ball

Wtf is goin on, so many fouls not being given

Atkinson is letting everything in Tottenhams direction now though.

Game is getting away from us here not good at all

someone break Vertonghen's kneecap would be worth the red

He was clearly pulled back, they are gettin away with everything here

Another foul missed by Atkinson.

They are athletic that's it when they tire they will crumble as usual

drag Rose off the pitch in a body bag, Haha Rose hope your game is over ya thug

Wanyama completely bossing.

Hopefully this will stay 0-0 at the half and regroup. Conte can change his players' mentality in the locker room. Seen it many times. (wrong and wrong) :)

Atkinsons is a f**king cheat

About time Atkinson had the balls to book a Spurs player.

impossible to decide who's the most detestable player on this team

42 mins and still no attempts on target for either team. (one's coming)

They have visibly dropped their intensity

I think Conte will flick the "ON" switch at half time.

1-0

f**k me (this is the tawt that wants to see Rose in a body bag and Verts knee capped, all of his posts are vile, surprised he isn't banned)

Completely undeserved

Worst time to concede, awful defending too. We have been poor.

Get f**ked. The upside is we're usually better after conceding, need to be now.

at this stage that might be the best thing for us to wake us up.

Was coming, we deserve that, dont want it enough

f**k em, we'll still win the league, regardless of what happens tonight.

Now we need a great second half.

I hate Tottenham.

It's the exact same approach as the first game which is strange given spuds totally outplayed us for 45 minutes. Poor from our side

That's a right f**king sickener

Dont know if its the tactics or application which is wrong but something is, ref doesnt help though either, getting away with everything breeds confidence (yeah, yeah, it's all the ref's fault)

No need to panic, i always thought we would score at least twice in the second half, they have some big players who don't go the distance, we have Willian off the bench to come, and he will certainly test any tired players. We can do this still, and they know it, we don't lie down.

Apparently their site went offline and there's nothing during the second half. It has a very small user base and only a handful of cretins posting. Which pretty much sums up their fan base. Once it's back up they're digesting the defeat.

what a completely disheartening performance

Game over, we're not getting f**k all from this, haven't turned up. (y)

Utterly depressing

Of all the clubs to lose to...

Pointless watching this, fu*k it, embarrassing.

Fuming. We should not lose to this dirty lot. Silly defensive mistakes.

Hey guys newsflash eriksen is good...jesus h christ

Tough to watch

Back on finally, what happened? Well this is sh*t, 13 unbeaten it ends at then

Spurs c**ts crashed the site by flooding in :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Im close to done with this...biggest match of the season and we lay a massive f**king egg

They'll bring out a DVD of this one.... (hope so, the collection is growing nicely thanks)

Poor all round and heads have dropped. But still top of the league!

Losing is bad enough, but the performance makes it even worse. We have been really poor today.

People saying we don't need to strengthen can take this as a lesson our wing backs have peaked, Dave isn't a CB and we need something more steal like in mid field (yep, another £200m should sort it out)

oh well, at least Spurs can at least say they beat the champions ...as they end up outside the top 4.

done with this sh*t show....Conte needs to buy a player or two this month...Van Djik and Vidal would be nice (that's the spirit, throw more money at it you half a billion squad)

Hopefully Roman is ready to open his checkbook (won 13 games in a row and still want to spend, spend, spend)

To put in that kind of performance against Tottenham of all teams is such a let down.

Genuinely don't care about the record as nice as it would have been. I do however care about getting beat by f**king Tottenham, hate them. but hey we've won the last 13 so we'll have to write this one off as a bad day at the office all round, we must bounce back with a win in our next PL game though. still, f**king Tottenham.

we ought to buy vidal

for once I think the post match punditry is about right - Souness very balanced in his view. We lost to the better team on the night in a game of tight margins. We can't lose at Anfield though.

Wtf do they want a hairdresser for? I'm confusedI:confused:

Just back from the game, manager magnificent, team magnificent, fans magnificent.
They had a good ten minutes at the start and five minutes to start the second half but we really were better than them in every department never looked like conceding a goal never looked flustered or panicked, men against boys quite honestly.
Edit: Oops posted in the wrong thread.

Red Cafe discussing top 5 managers in the world:

In three pages, Poch has made it in 5 posts.

I was asked this by a mate and really struggled to answer. Of course you have the usual suspects (Mourinho's, Guardiola's etc.) but I couldn't really give a top 5 in any sort of order. Of course there is no right or wrong answer, it's all opinions.

What says the caf?

Conte
Jose
Klopp
Pep
Simeone

Zizou, Ancelotti, Lucho, Sampiola and Poch complete the top 10

Klopp
Conte/Mourinho/Guardiola
Simeone
Alegri/Pochettino/Zidane/Luis Enrique

Difficult. I'm still not sold on Klopp, I think he'll get found out soon.

1. Mourinho
2. Simeone
3. Pochettino
4. Guardiola
5. Ancelotti

In that order

All those leaving pep out wouldn't have were he not at City. We're his titles easier than contes for example. Almost like if I left out Jose cause of Italy and the fact i feel he failed at Madrid. There's even a case for lvg being on the list

Jose, Simon, pep, klopp, ancelotti and conte . Can't pick just 5

"Some of those" yes, "all those" no, as there are a lot of people who feel that the vast talent available at his previous two clubs has masked his shortcomings and that his former clubs would have been as successful without him.

My list:
Simeone
Klopp
Mourinho
Ancelotti
Conte

Allegri, Pochettino, Montella, Tuchel, Emery, off the top of my head, are the candidates to enter the list in the coming years.

Pep Guardiola
Carlo Ancelotti
Diego Simeone
Jose Mourinho
Jurgen Klopp
Antonio Conte

Watch list: Zinedine Zidane, Mauricio Pochettino, AVB, Thomas Tuchel, Julian Nagelsmann, Ralph Hasenhuttl, Victor Goncharenko, Oscar Garcia, Eddie Howe, Paul Clement, Lucien Favre, Phillip Cocu..
Honorable mention: Louis Van Gaal, Fabio Capello, Marcello Lippi, Vicente Del Bosque.
